Сайт smwiki.mgpu.ru - Энциклопедия вычислительного мышления - развивает инициативу http://scratch.mgpu.ru по развитию навыков 21го века в России.
Основой сайта являются материалы книги "Обучение детей программированию:залог развития человеческого капитала в XXI веке. Руководство для российских политиков и практиков в области образования" - (Children Learning to Code Book).
Использование энциклопедии
При подготовке печатной версии книги мы поняли, что её материалы нуждаются в постоянном обновлении. Это касается и образовательных политик в области информационных технологий, учебных сред и образовательных практик формирования навыков вычислительного мышления. В связи с этим мы приняли решения о создании живой версии книги, которая будет обновляться и использоваться в первую очередь учащимися и преподавателями МГПУ, а также учителями Москвы и других город.
Главное отличие площадки с Semantic MediaWiki состоит в том, что тут надо пользоваться категориями и связанными с этими категориями формами. Их тут мало, но их взаимосвязанное использование поможет нам достигнуть успеха. Какие есть категории:
- Компетенции - знания и умения, как их определяют образовательные стандарты различных стран в области вычислительного мышления. Например, мы можем спросить для компетенции - а какие еще компетенции определены ФГОС для этого возраста и получить Владение навыками познавательной рефлексии, Владение универсальным языком программирования высокого уровня, Владение элементарными навыками формализации прикладной задачи, Знает нормы информационной этики и права, Знает о базах данных, их структуре, средствах создания и работы с ними, Знает о о кодировании и декодировании данных, Знание алгоритмов поиска и сортировки, Знание основных алгоритмов обработки числовой и текстовой информации, Навык самостоятельной информационно-познавательной деятельности, Умеет использовать средства информационных и коммуникационных технологий, Умеет работать с геоинформационными системами, Умеет строить математические объекты информатики, Умение использовать средства информационных и коммуникационных технологий

- Категория образовательных практик - в этой категории собраны статьи описывающие образовательные практики. Они рассказывают о том, что, как и для чего сделать.
